  • Record a brief description of the conflict.
  • List who’s involved.
  • Describe what the conflict is about.
  • How did it start?
  • How did it escalate or get worse?

  • What does each person want or need?
  • If it has ended, how did it end?
  • What type of conflict would you call this?
  • Do you think it could have ended differently? If so, how?
  • Finally, give your conflict a title.
